You can't solve a problem if you don't know about a problem. We're all about keeping gender inequality in healthcare in the public eye.
We want to provide resources for journalists, policymakers, and medical professionals to promote sex- and gender-conscious research and care.
We plan to help women advocate for themselves. Educating women and their families about the importance of advocating for themselves by bringing awareness to ways women can speak up in doctors' offices can help save lives.

We want to collaborate with academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and research organizations to ensure the inclusion of women—and sex-based analysis—in all stages of research, from animal models to human trials.
We plan to promote and coordinate efforts to form a coalition of nonprofits, academic institutions, and professional groups to create a broad and sustained effort to change care for all women.

We hope to educate and inform lawmakers so they understand how research and funding mandates on the state and local level will affect women, as well as how broad-based anti-DEI legislation has unintended consequences in medical schools and other training of healthcare professionals.
